Deep-fried pork ribs that are juicy, flavorful, and infused with the well-rounded and aromatic taste of herbal ingredients. It can be enjoyed both as a main dish and as a appetizer.
Ingredients
500 g pork ribs
1 coriander root
3 cloves garlic
1/2 tsp peppercorns
1 tbsp light soy sauce
1 tbsp oyster sauce
1 tsp sugar
Vegettable oil
Prepare
Coriander root, finely chopped.
Garlic, peeled.

Use a mortar and pestle to pound the coriander roots, garlic and peppercorns thoroughly, then scoop and place on a bowl of pork ribs.
Add light soy sauce, oyster sauce and sugar. Then use your hands to mix everything together and marinate for at least 30 minutes.
Fill a wok about 1/3 to 1/2 full with vegetable oil and heat until very hot. Put in as many pork rib pieces as the wok can hold. Brown the pork ribs in hot oil on both sides.
Drain the fried pork rib on a grille or paper towels. Best served with sticky rice.
