This easy and delicious dish with a few ingredients, it’s fried chicken with fish sauce. The chicken is crispy outside and juicy inside with the flavor of some good fish sauce.
Ingredients
700 g boneless chicken thighs
1tbsp + 1 tsp good fish sauce
1 tsp sugar
1/2 tsp pepper
4 tbsp tempura flour
2 tbsp water
1000 ml vegetable oil

In a large mixing bowl add the chicken, fish sauce, sugar, pepper, tempura flour and water then use your hands to pat and press the seasonings and flour together with the chicken for about 10 minutes.
Then deep fry in hot vegetable oil over medium heat (make sure the oil is enough to barely cover the chicken) until crispy and golden brown then drain the chicken on a wire rack. Cut into bite size pieces and serve them with spicy tamarind dipping sauce and sticky rice.
