Kanom Babin is a traditional Thai dessert with few ingredients and easy to make. You will get the chewiness from the sticky rice flour, Crunchy from shredded coconut and the aroma of coconut milk. It’s perfect.
Ingredients
sticky rice flour 200 g
sugar 50 g
salt ½ tsp
shredded coconut 150 g (the coconut meat shouldn’t be to ripe or to unripe)
coconut milk 200 ml

Coconut→ shredded into strips

COOKING TIME : 20 minutes

In a large mixing bowl add the sticky rice flour, sugar, salt, and shredded coconut. (the coconut meat shouldn’t be to ripe or to unripe)
Use your hand to mix all the ingredients together and mix in the coconut milk and kneed together until its combined well.
Scoop a heaping tablespoon of the coconut mix and make small patties in the frying pan.
Cook over low heat and cook on each side until golden brown. Then place on a dish once finished.
