Add thinly sliced pork into the pan and stir-fry until the pork is 70% cooked. Then, season with light soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sugar. Continue stir-frying until the pork is fully cooked and well-coated with the seasonings.
Now crack two eggs into the pan and use a pair of tongs or a spatula to scramble the eggs evenly. Then wait until the bottom of the eggs starts to cook and become slightly firm.
Now remove the pan from the stove and place the stir-fried pork and scrambled eggs on top of steamed rice. And garnish with ground pepper. Enjoy!!!
