Stir-Fried Chicken With Black Pepper

Stir-fried chicken with black pepper is a hot and spicy Thai dish. It can make delicious with just a few ingredients.

Ingredients

  • Chicken thighs 300 g

  • Black pepper  ½  tbsp

  • 6 chilies

  • 4 cloves of garlic

  • Onion

  • 2 spring onions

  • Olive oil  1 ½ tbsp

  • Soy sauce  1 ½ tbsp

  • Oyster sauce 1 tbsp

  • Sugar 1 tsp

Prepare

Prepare the chicken

Chicken thighs, skin removed and bones removed. then cut into pieces.

Prepare the chili and garlic

Chili stalks are removed and chopped. Garlic is peeled off and chopped.

Prepare onion

Peel off the bark and cut it in half. cut into four parts.

Prepare the spring onions

Cut the root off then Cut the spring onions  into pieces, 1-1.5 cm each.

prepare black pepper

Pound the black pepper thoroughly.

PREP TIME : 20 minutes

COOKING TIME : 10 minutes

YIELD : 2 people

  1. In a pan, use medium heat. Add olive oil (or your favorite vegetable oil) and wait for the oil to heat up. Add chopped garlic, chopped chili and pounded black pepper. Stir-fry all ingredients until fragrant.

  2. Add chicken thighs. Stir-fry until about 70% chicken thighs are cooked. Add sugar and onions. Stir fry until the chicken is cooked and the onion is cooked about 70-80 % (when chewing onions will retain a little crunch)

  3. Add spring onions and Stir fry for 1-2 minutes until all the ingredients are well combined and you’re done.
