Ingredients
Ground pork 200 g
Boiled bamboo shoots 200 g
10 red chilies
3 cloves of garlic
4 shallots
Cooking oil 1 ½ tbsp
Light soy sauce 1 tbsp
Oyster Sauce 1 tbsp
Sugar 1 ½ tbsp
shrimp paste 1 tbsp
**Note → Should choose ground pork that has lard mixed with it because when we stir fried ground pork, it will be juicy and not too hard.
Prepare
Chilies → remove stems and wash thoroughly.
Garlic → peeled and washed
shallots→ peeled and washed
curry paste → pounded, chili, garlic, shallot and shrimp paste thoroughly and homogeneously
Boiled bamboo shoots → sliced into strips, 3-4 cm long

COOKING TIME : 10 minutes

In a large pan, over medium heat. Add cooking oil, followed by curry paste, stir fry until fragrant.
Add ground pork, stir until pork is cooked, add light soy sauce, oyster sauce and sugar, stir until all ingredients are combined.
Add sliced bamboo shoots. Stir for 1 minute to combine all ingredients and turn off the stove and you are done
