Stir Fried Ground Pork With Bamboo Shoots

Ingredients

  • Ground pork 200 g 

  • Boiled bamboo shoots 200 g

  • 10 red chilies

  • 3 cloves of garlic

  • 4 shallots

  • Cooking oil 1 ½ tbsp

  • Light soy sauce 1 tbsp

  • Oyster Sauce 1 tbsp

  • Sugar 1 ½  tbsp

  • shrimp paste 1 tbsp

**Note → Should choose ground pork that has lard mixed with it because when we stir fried ground pork, it will be juicy and not too hard.

Prepare

Chilies → remove stems and wash thoroughly.

Garlic → peeled and washed

shallots→ peeled and washed

curry paste → pounded, chili, garlic, shallot and shrimp paste thoroughly and homogeneously

Boiled bamboo shoots → sliced ​​into strips, 3-4 cm long

COOKING TIME : 10 minutes
