Stir fried Big flat noodles in soy sauce and dark soy sauce, is delicious with eggs, chicken, Kale it’s a quick and easy stir-fried noodle dish


For marinating chicken thighs

  • Chicken Thighs 150 g

  • Sugar 1tsp

  • Soy sauce ½ tbsp

  • Oyster sauce ½ tbsp

For stir fry noodles

  • Big flat noodles 300 g

  • 2 eggs

  • 2 stalks of Chinese kale

  • Dark soy sauce 1 tsp

  • Cooking 2 tbsp

  • 3 cloves of garlic

  • Soy sauce 1 tbsp

  • Oyster sauce ½ tbsp

  • Sugar 1 ½ tsp


Chicken thighs Cleaned and remove the bones (if you don’t eat chicken skin, cut the chicken skin off), then cut into small pieces. In a bowl, put chicken thighs, add soy sauce, oyster sauce and sugar, stir the ingredients together and marinate for 10 minutes.

kale Cut off the leaves and stems of the kale that are too hard. then wash thoroughly. and cut into pieces each piece is about 3 cm.

Big flat noodles Use your hands to pull the noodles apart. Put the noodles in a bowl, add dark soy sauce. Stir well until the noodles are brown.

Garlic Peel the garlics and chop them.


PREP TIME : 10 minutes

COOKING TIME : 10 minutes

YIELD : 2 people



  1. Add the oil into a pan over medium heat. Once the oil is hot add chopped garlic. Stir fry until the garlic is fragrant.

  2. Add the marinated chicken. Stir-fry until the chicken is cooked. Sweep the chicken over half of the pan. The other half put the eggs in it. Use a ladle to break up the yolks, wait until the bottom of the egg is cooked, then use a ladle to stir the eggs into small pieces. Stir to combine with the chicken.

  3. Put in the noodles. Add soy sauce, oyster sauce and sugar and stir until all ingredients are combined. Add kale and stir fry for 1-2 minutes. Turn off the stove.

  4. Ladle onto a serving plate sprinkled with pepper powder and you are done.
