Stir Fried Phoenix Oyster Mushroom With Oyster Sauce

Stir fried phoenix oyster mushroom in oyster sauce it’s a quick and easy dish


  • Phoenix Oyster Mushroom  500 g

  • olive oil 1 tbsp

  • Oyster Sauce 1 ½ tbsp

  • soy sauce 1 tbsp

  • sugar 1 tsp

  • 3 chilis

  • 4 cloves of garlic

  • 2 spring onions


Prepare the mushrooms

Cut off the Stipe that is too hard. Then tear the mushrooms into bite-sized pieces. and wash the mushrooms thoroughly

Prepare the garlic

Peel the garlic and chop it.

Remove the stalks and wash the chilies. then diagonally slice

Prepare the spring onions.

Cut the roots off then cut the spring onion into pieces about 1-1.5 cm each.

PREP TIME : 10 minutes

COOKING TIME : 10 minutes

YIELD : 2 people



  1. In a pan over high heat, add olive oil (or your favorite vegetable oil) and add chopped garlic. Stir fry until the garlic is fragrant. 

  2. Add Phoenix Oyster Mushroom and stir-fry until the Phoenix Oyster Mushroom begin to sag a bit. 

  3. Add soy sauce, sugar and oyster sauce. (You can use “Vegetarian Oyster Sauce” If you are a Vegetarian) And stir until all the ingredients are mixed together and the mushrooms are cooked well (the mushrooms will be soft and the water will come out). 

  4. Add sliced fresh chilies and sliced spring onions. Stir until all ingredients are well combined and you are done.
