Stir-fried pork with veggies and glass noodle

Stir-fried pork with veggies and glass noodles is a quick and easy dish and is very comforting and nutritious.


  • 200 g  pork

  • 90 g carrot

  • 40 g green peas

  • 70 g onion 

  • 90 g wood ear mushroom 

  • 1 medium-sized tomato

  • 50 g glass noodle

  • A handfull celery

  • 3 Garlic cloves

  • 2 tbsp water

  • 3 tbsp vegetable oil 

  • 1 tbsp oyster sauce 

  • 2 tbsp light soy sauce

  • 2 tsp sugar



  1. Green peas, tear ribs from pea pods.

  2. Garlic, finely chopped.

  3. Pork, cut into mall sized

  4. Carrots, Peel and cut into small pieces 3 cm long

  5. Wood ear mushroom, cut into mall sized

  6. Onion, tiny sliced

  7. Tomato, cut into 8 wedges.

  8. Celery, cut into pieces 3 cm long

PREP TIME : 10 minutes

COOKING TIME :  7 minutes

YIELD4 people


Stir-fried pork with veggies and glass noodle


  1. Heat the vegetable oil over medium heat. Once the oil is hot add the garlic and cook until fragrant.

  2. Now add the pork and stir-fry until the pork is almost done. Then add light soy sauce, sugar and oyster sauce and stir to combine. Now add carrots, green peas and stir for a minute. Then add onions, wood ear mushrooms and stir for a minute. Now add the glass noodles, tomato and pour in the water and stir until the glass noodles are cooked. Then add celery and stir for another second.

  3. Transfer from the heat and serve with cooked Jasmine rice.
