Stir Fried Shrimp With Baby Corn

Ingredients

  • shrimp 200 g

  • Baby corn 150 g

  • Carrot 30 g

  • Sugar 1 tsp

  • Light soy sauce 1 ½ tbsp

  • Oyster sauce 1 1/2 tbsp

  • Cooking oil 1 ½ tbsp

  • 4 cloves of garlic

  • Water 2 tbsp

Prepare

Shrimp  Cut off the shrimp tentacles and remove the black line. Then wash thoroughly.

Spring onions roots remove and wash 

Garlic Peel the garlics and chop them.

PREP TIME : 15 minutes

COOKING TIME : 10 minutes

  1. In a large pan over medium heat, add cooking oil followed by chopped garlic. Stir-fry until the garlic is fragrant and slightly yellow.

  2. Add shrimp and stir fry until the shrimp is cooked about 50 percent. Add light soy sauce, oyster sauce and sugar. Stir until the shrimp is cooked. (shrimp will turn orange)

  3. Add sliced baby corn, sliced carrots and water (you can use stock instead of water). Stir fry. 3-5 minutes, the baby corn and carrots are cooked but still crunchy.

  4. Add sliced ​​spring onions. Stir for about 1 minute, turn off the stove and you’re done.
