Stir-Fried Shrimp With Kale

Stir-fried shrimp with kale is a  quick and easy Thai dish. It can make delicious with just a few ingredients.


  • 7 shrimp 

  • Kale 200 g

  • Sugar 1 tsp

  • Soy sauce 1 ½ tbsp

  • Oyster sauce 1 tbsp

  • Olive oil 1 ½ tbsp

  • 3 cloves of garlic


Shrimp cut off the head and peeled off. Use a knife to cut through the back and remove the black line. Then wash thoroughly.

Cut off the leaves and stems of the kale that are too hard. then wash thoroughly. and cut into pieces each piece is about 3 cm.

Peel the garlic and chop them.

PREP TIME : 10 minutes

COOKING TIME : 5 minutes

YIELD : 2 people



  1. In a pan over medium heat, add olive oil (or your favorite vegetable oil) and wait until the oil is heat up. Add garlic. Stir-fry until the garlic is fragrant.

  2. Put the shrimp, stir for about 1 minute, add soy sauce, oyster sauce and sugar, stir fried until shrimp is cooked ( Shrimp will turn orange).

  3. Turn over high heat. add kale and stir-fry the kale to the desired color and you’re done.
