Stir fried squid with oyster sauce is a quick and easy dish. Stir-fried squid in a sweet and salty sauce with the scent of fried garlic. It’s a perfect dish.
Ingredients
400 g squid
2 tbsp oyster sauce
1 tbsp light soy sauce
1/2 tbsp sugar
2 tbsp veggettable oil
2 tbsp minced garlig
Prepare
Squid, cleaned and cut into bite-sized pieces.
Garlic, minced

Heat the cooking oil in a frying pan over medium-heat. Add the minced garlic and cook until it starts to turn color (the garlic will continue cooking as it sits, so be sure to remove it from the heat before the garlic is golden brown). Use a sieve to drain the garlic and transfer to the paper towel to drain.
Using the same pan with garlic oil over medium heat. Add light soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sugar and stir to combine or until sugar dissolves. Now add squid and stir to combine then cook until cooked through. Add 1 tbsp of fried garlic and stir to combine. Transfer from the heat and place on a serving plate and sprinkle with fried garlic.
