Stir Fried Yellow Noodles

Stir fried yellow noodles in soy sauce and dark soy sauce, is delicious with eggs, pork, Kale, and carrots it’s a quick and easy stir-fried noodle dish


  • 400 g yellow noodles

  • 3 tbsp cooking oil

  • 2 tbsp chopped garlic

  • 200 g pork rump

  • 2 eggs

  • 130 g Kale

  • 20 g carrot

  • 2 tsp sugar

  • 1 tbsp light soy sauce

  • 1 tbsp soy sauce

  • ½ tbsp dark soy sauce


Pork rump → cut into bite-sized pieces

Carrots → Peel and cut into small pieces 3 cm long

Garlic → peeled and chopped

Kale → Cut off the leaves and stems of the kale that are too hard. then wash thoroughly. and cut into pieces each piece is about 3 cm.

Eggs → break 2 eggs into a small cup

PREP TIME : 10 minutes

COOKING TIME : 10 minutes

YIELD :  2 people



  1. Heat the oil in a wok over medium heat.

  2. Once the wok is hot add chopped garlic stir fry until fragrant and becomes slightly yellow.

  3. Add two eggs and stir fry for about 2 minutes, or about 70 percent cooked.

  4. Add sliced pork and stir-fry until the sliced pork is cooked well.

  5. Then add the yellow noodles, sliced carrots, sliced kale, light soy sauce, soy sauce, dark soy sauce and sugar.

  6. Stir until all ingredients are combined and cooked well. Now you are done.
