1. Wash the dried chilis thoroughly and pat dry, then let set for 15-20 minutes.
2. Soak a piece of kitchen paper with cooking oil and spread it over the pan.
3. Use a pan over a low heat, then add salt and roast it until the salt is hot, then add the dried red chilies.
4. Roast until the dried red chilies are crispy.
5. Use tongs to remove roasted dried red chilies from the salt and pan. Let it cool for 3-5 minutes.
6. Put the roasted dried red chilies in a mortar and pound thoroughly.
7. Ladle them into a container, cover it and store them in the refrigerator for 1 month.
