Prik Nahm Pla is a sauce that has. a perfect balance of spicy,salty annd sour. It certainly brings the heat and goes well with steamed rice, Thai curry and Thai style stir fried vegetables with meat. drizzle it over rice and food.
Ingredients
4 tbsp fish sauce
1 tbsp lime juice
1/2 tsp sugar
1 tsp MSG (optional)
15 g chopped chillies
10 g thin sliced garlic
10 g thin sliced shallot
Prepare
Chillies, chop
Shallot and garlic, thin slices
PREP TIME : 5 minutes
COOKING TIME : 2 minutes
directions
In a small bowl add fish sauce, lime juice, MSG and sugar and stir until the sugar dissolves.
Now add chili, garlic and shallot then stir to combine. Set aside until ready to serve.
