Stir Fried Bean Sprouts with Minced Pork

Stir-fried bean sprouts with minced pork is a quick and easy dish with few ingredients and a comforting and nutritious dish.


  • 200g minced pork

  • 300g bean sprout

  • 3 cloves of garlic

  • 2 tbsp cooking oil 

  • 1 tbsp light soy sauce  

  • 2 tbsp oyster sauce

  • 1 tsp sugar

  • A handful of spring onion


  1. Bean sprout, wash thoroughly

  2. Garlic, peeled and finely chopped

  3. Spring onion, cut in to 2” long

PREP TIME : 5minutes

COOKING TIME :  10minutes

YIELD :  2 people


Stir Fried Bean Sprouts with Minced Pork


  1. Heat the oil in a frying pan over medium heat.

  2. Once the pan is hot add the chopped garlic and stir-fry until fragrant.

  3. Now add the minced pork and stir-fry for 2 minutes

  4. Then add bean sprouts, light soy sauce, sugar and oyster sauce, stir-fry for another minute or until everything is cooked through.

  5. Now add the spring onion and stir-fry for another second. Then transfer to a serving plate. Enjoy!!
