Stir Fried Bean Sprouts with Minced Pork
Stir-fried bean sprouts with minced pork
is a quick and easy dish with few ingredients and a comforting and nutritious dish.
Ingredients
200g minced pork
300g bean sprout
3 cloves of garlic
2 tbsp cooking oil
1 tbsp light soy sauce
2 tbsp oyster sauce
1 tsp sugar
A handful of spring onion
Prepare
Bean sprout, wash thoroughly
Garlic, peeled and finely chopped
Spring onion, cut in to 2” long

directions
Heat the oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
Once the pan is hot add the chopped garlic and stir-fry until fragrant.
Now add the minced pork and stir-fry for 2 minutes
Then add bean sprouts, light soy sauce, sugar and oyster sauce, stir-fry for another minute or until everything is cooked through.
Now add the spring onion and stir-fry for another second. Then transfer to a serving plate. Enjoy!!
