Ingredients
15 g green bird’s eye chili
15 g red Jinda chili
30 g garlic
10 g chopped coriander
5 g chopped coriander root
5 ½ tbsp lime juice
5 ½ tbsp fish sauce
2 tbsp palm sugar
1 tsp MSG (optional)
Prepare
Green bird’s eye chili and red Jinda chili, wash and remove the stalks.
Garlic, Peeled
Coriander, washed and cut into small pieces.
Coriander root, washed and cut into small pieces.
*Note* Can be stored in the refrigerator for 2 weeks.
*Tips* Using fresh lime juice is better than artificial lime juice.
