Stir-fried prawns with chili and garlic, add more flavor with salt and sugar. A quick and easy delicious dish to make.
Ingredients
350 g prawns
40 g chopped garlic
25 g chopped Jinda red chili
25 g chopped spring onion
1 tsp salt
1 tsp sugar
½ tsp ground pepper
300 ml cooking oil
Prepare
Prawns cut off the tentacles and claws, then cut the back and remove the vein.
Peel and chop garlic
Red chili, wash and remove the stems, then chop.
Spring onions, wash thoroughly, cut off the root and chop

Heat the oil in a wok over high heat.
Once the wok is hot add the prawns and fry until the prawns start to turn orange.
Then Using a colander, scoop the shrimp out of the oil and place them on the wire rack.
Pour the oil from the wok to leave about 2 tbsp of cooking oil. Then put the wok over high heat.
Once the wok is hot add the chopped garlic and chopped Jinda red chili. Stir-fry until the chopped garlic and chopped Jinda red chili are fragrant.
Now add fried prawns, salt, sugar and ground pepper. Stir until all the ingredients are well mixed, then add the chopped spring onions and stir for another second.
Serve the stir-fried prawns with chili with the Thai seafood dipping sauce on the side. Enjoy!!
