Jaew Dipping Sauce
Jaew dipping sauce is a simple dipping sauce that has a bit of spiciness and a bit salty. and the aroma of Thai toasted sticky rice powder, Thai chili powder, refreshing lime juice and cilantro. Use it as a dip with fried pork or fried chicken to add flavor.
Ingredients
3 tbsp fish sauce
3 tbsp lime juice
1 tsp sugar
1 tsp MSG (optional)
1 tsp Thai toasted sticky rice powder
1 tsp Thai chili powder (or as much as your liking)
2 tsp sliced shallot
2 tsp chopped culantro
Prepare
Shallots, peeled and thinly sliced
Lime, squeezed.
culantro, finely chopped
Mint leaves
PREP TIME : 10 minutes
COOKING TIME : 5 minutes
directions
In a small bowl, add fish sauce, lime juice, sugar, MSG and stir until the sugar dissolves.
Then add the Thai chili powder, Thai toasted sticky rice powder, sliced shallots and chopped culantro.
Then stir until mixed well. garnished with mint.
